1. Use of Website
The content on this website is provided for the purpose of explaining and facilitating our services. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without notice.
Use of this website is entirely at your own risk.

8. Service Bookings & Payments
Royal Sparkle facilitates cleaning and home services either directly or through approved service personnel.
- All prices are in AED and may be updated at any time on a forward-looking basis
- Payment must be made before or immediately after service delivery
- All fees are non-refundable once a service has been delivered, except where a company-caused failure is proven
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if payment is not received
9. Rates & Promotions
Royal Sparkle may change rates and fees at its discretion. Reduced pricing, promotions, or temporary offers may be applied or withdrawn without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Royal Sparkle shall not be held liable for:
- Acts or omissions of service personnel
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Pre-existing damage to property
- Events occurring during entry to or exit from the premises
Clients agree that they are solely responsible for safeguarding valuables and property.
11. Safety Disclaimer
While Royal Sparkle conducts reasonable background checks, clients must exercise common sense and caution. Royal Sparkle disclaims all liability for personal injury, property loss, or misconduct beyond reasonable control.
12. Payments & Authorization
- Payments may be made via approved methods including credit/debit cards or cash
- Card payments may be pre-authorized
- You must retain transaction records
- Royal Sparkle does not store card details
- Third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) may securely store payment information for future transactions
13. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
14. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) may be charged up to 100% of the booking fee
- No-shows will be charged in full
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@royalsparkle.services
15. Age Restriction
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on this website.
16. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the premises
- Secure valuables before service
- Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements
- Be present or ensure authorized access to the property
17. Damage & Claims
Royal Sparkle may take internal action against service personnel where appropriate; however, clients bear full responsibility for their premises and belongings.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
18. Quality Assurance
Royal Sparkle conducts quality checks, including:
- Unannounced inspections
- On-site reviews
- Post-service follow-ups
19. Reporting Issues
Issues must be reported within the following timelines:
- Missing items: within 48 hours
- Damaged items: within 24 hours
Reports outside these timeframes may not be considered.
20. Communications
You consent to receive communications from Royal Sparkle via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or app notifications for service updates, confirmations, and marketing purposes.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
22. Assignment
Royal Sparkle may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations without requiring user consent.
23. Sanctions Compliance
Royal Sparkle does not trade with or provide services to sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions.
